Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

infineo takes the security of our systems and our clients' data seriously. If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in infineo.ai, lifenotes.infineo.ai, lifecoin.infineo.ai, or any other infineo service, please email us with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and any supporting details.

Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. While testing, don't access or change data that isn't yours, degrade our services, or use social engineering or physical attacks. We'll acknowledge your report within 5 business days and keep you updated while we work on a fix.

We don't currently offer a paid bug bounty. If you act in good faith and follow this policy, we won't pursue legal action against you for your research.
