On March 26 and 27, 2024 Bob gave a series of lectures for the Free Enterprise Society student group at Oklahoma State University. This lecture was for an entrepreneurship class, which explained how modern technology (smart phones, blockchain, and AI) is making it easier to implement private-sector solutions for various problems that have historically been handled by the government.
