Pros & Cons of Various Ways to Revalue Government Gold

Bob uses a recent Federal Reserve post as the jumping off point to explain the pros and cons of different approaches to capturing the capital gain accruing from revaluing the government's (alleged) stockpiles of gold. Right now, they are valued at $42.22 per troy ounce, which is well below the market rate.
